All you do is answer questions about the business you have and the one you want. Three working days later you get every offer, bump, upsell and price mapped out, plus the ascension math to add €7k next month. You'll know exactly where to start.
It's the exact test I'd run if you were my partner.

I don't do sales calls. You shouldn't have to either.
When a business can only grow if its owner is the one selling, it has a cap on it. There are only so many calls, so many clients and so many hours in a week.
Most businesses get built this way. Every sale, every decision and every delivery runs through the owner. More money ends up costing more of your time, and the thing you built for freedom needs you everywhere.
There's another way to build it. People move up because the next step is already there and it makes sense to them. That's how a $332 training led to over $1M in upgrades, and how a USD 36,500 program filled up. Nobody got on a call with me.
On paper, this is a Plan. In your week, it's freedom, in your time and your money.
So you try a new offer. A webinar. A higher price. A bigger list. It works for a while, then next month starts from zero again.
That's a hard way to run a business people depend on. You look at a good month and you still don't relax, because you can't tell if the next one will pay for the life you've built. And after enough of those months, a quiet voice starts asking if you're really as good at this as you thought.
You didn't do anything wrong. Most advice is about the offer in front of the buyer. Almost nobody talks about what the buyer does next. Your buyers already told you you're worth paying. They just had nowhere to go next.
And that's why people with good offers and happy buyers still feel one bad month away from worry. The missing piece isn't more leads. It's the next step.
A successful business comes down to building trust and using it. But people get asked for a big decision before that trust is there.
So businesses try to cover the gap. More persuasion. Sales calls. Bigger bonuses. The gap stays.
Now give someone a small step. Then a bigger one that makes sense because of the first. By the time your high-ticket offer comes up, they aren't deciding whether to trust you. They're deciding whether to keep going.
And that's why your Plan has three offers. Each one exists to build, strengthen or use that trust.
Then we build it backwards. High ticket first, to the people who already bought from you. That's the fastest money and the quickest answer. You don't build a step until the one above it has proved itself. Depending on your buyers list, your next €7k might already be there, ready to be collected.
A coaching certification at about $4,000 a seat. $30,000 in the first month, then an extra $1M over the next four. It worked, and it showed us every objection.

We listened to why people hesitated, and built a $332 lighthouse offer around it. It made $250,000. When the certification opened again, 70% of those buyers moved up right away, which brought in another $1M with a big head start. Those sales got a lot simpler and easier.

From 0 to 30 seats, then 60 the next year. Two years on, Kerry wrote to me asking if it would run again, and ended up buying.

Those are big names and big lists. Yours doesn't need to be. That's why the Plan starts with what you already have.
People add an offer and they add a job. More sales, and a business they like less.
Your Plan starts from the other end: the business you want to run. How many hours you want to work. What you love doing. What you want to leave behind. What you refuse to do. Then every step has to fit inside that.
Everything you tell me moves your Plan. Which offers it picks, how they're delivered, how they're sold and what you hand over. You end up with a business plan and structure that brings results and that you still want to work on.
Here's one way your next €7k can look when the hours matter to you. Yours will follow what you tell me.
| Step | Sales | Your time |
|---|---|---|
| First offer ~80 buyers, if 1 in 10 moves up | Break even | 0h. It runs once it's built. |
| Lighthouse €500 × 8 | €4,000 | ~1h to check in. A VA can run delivery. |
| High ticket €3,000 × 1 | €3,000 | ~5h selling and working with your one best client. |
| Total | €7,000 | ~6h a month |
First-offer buyers you need: 80. They bring in the lighthouse sales, and that offer is planned to break even.
This is arithmetic, not a forecast.
This is a business even a VA could run for you, so your days go to your best buyers, the people you love working with. If you have a VA, perfect. If you don't, you don't need one to start. And it's there when you want to go past €7k.
Those hours are for running it. Building each step comes first, and your Plan shows what that takes and who does it. The sales are an example, not a promise. And once it works, it repeats, so you can run it again every month if you want to. If you take payment plans, the cash arrives slower, and your Plan shows both. If €7k is too far from where you are today, your Plan says so and gives you the honest first number.
These lines are from a real Plan I wrote for a coach I work with.
You can't get that from a template. It's built from what you said, what you won't do and what you already own.
Your whole ladder, built on what you already sell wherever possible, with each offer sized to the trust that exists at that step.
The Plan tells you what to do and why. It doesn't include finished copy, pages or a launch.
"I don't know how to start without a big launch."
You don't need one.
Six emails, three for your high-ticket offer and three for your lighthouse. They find out who wants it before you build it.
"I don't do sales calls."
Good. You won't need them.
What to say from their first reply to the payment link, built on the only two questions a buyer is asking: "Will this work for me?" and "Is this the right time?" Run it yourself first, then hand it to your VA.
Both open the moment your Plan is secured. They're how you test your offers and close your first sales.
Don't have the Stand Out Lens yet? You can add it for €17 when you secure your Plan. You'll want it for the first screen of each new offer.
You have buyers and you're bringing more people into your world. You've built something real. I add the flow that moves people from one step to the next, so the results come in and your freedom stays protected, your energy and your money. Businesses around €3k to €20k a month usually gain the most.
I'd even recommend doing this every 6 months, to test new things and keep your business growing without you being needed everywhere.
Haven't sold anything yet, want finished copy done for them, or want a guaranteed number.
Put 100 people from the same niche through this and you'd get 100 different Plans. It adapts to your answers, your boundaries and your audience, not just your industry. That's why it's worth testing.
Good. The Plan uses them. If one is the right step, it stays.
No more guessing what to do with the buyers you already have.
Founding price, one payment, €197 in total. Then €250.
Get my founding Plan · €197When the 10 are gone, this page closes and you can ask to be told when it reopens.
Test your Plan for 60 days, the way it tells you to. If nobody buys anything, every cent back. Just send me what you did and your numbers. The refund covers the Plan, not any ad spend.
Why so low? Because I want you to win, and I want solid feedback from the first 10 to make this whole process even more valuable. One €3,000 client pays for this 15 times over. A Planning Call alone with me is €500.
It's the first of the month. You open your sales and you aren't starting from zero. You already know who's moving up, what's coming in, and that you can say no to the client you never wanted.
You have two ways to go from here. You can keep adding offers and hope next month holds. Or you can see your whole ladder, make one move this week and let the replies show you where the money is.
You're someone who built a real business and wants it to feel steady. So if you want to know exactly what I'd do with yours, take a founding spot, and let's find out together.

A written Plan for your business with your three offers, the math and your first moves, reviewed by me, plus the two bonuses.
About 30 minutes for the interview. You can stop and come back.
You'll get your Plan within 3 working days of finishing the interview, and it aims to get a real offer in front of real people within 7 days. Sales depend on your offer, your list and what you do with it. I can't promise a number.
No. Most people start by running it themselves. The system makes the big sales simple enough that a VA can close them, so that's where you can take it when you're ready.
No. If you want me to go through it with you, there's a Planning Call for €500. You don't need it to use your Plan.
They're saved so I can write your Plan. Anthropic, the company behind the interview's AI, processes them, and Cloudflare stores them. To have them deleted, email pedro@ppmartins.com.
P.S. If you skipped to the bottom: 30 minutes of questions, your whole funnel mapped within 3 working days, and a 60-day test. €197 for the first 10 people who want it.
